Dominique Drummond President/Founder
Dominique is an expert at “making things happen.” With over $65 million dollars in her first five years in real estate sales ranging from $200K to $4M, she is in the top 2% for volume in the Baltimore Metro Area. Her niche in helping clients relocate spans New York, Arizona, Texas, and Japan, and partners well with her elite concierge-style service. She values fostering ongoing relationships with her clients by providing personal dedication, integrity, and genuine care.
Dominique earned a Lifetime Membership in the Real Estate Million Dollar Association after just three years in the business. She attributes her success to her sincere connection with her clients and relentless tenacity to go beyond the transaction to develop lifelong relationships in a forward-thinking culture. She gives her clients access to her developed network, all her vetted resources, and partnerships to provide the best resources to all sellers and buyers in the marketplace. Passionate about connecting with people, Dominique positively impacts lives through real estate.
A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Dominique graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in History and Journalism. She is a long-time volunteer for Special Olympics, and other non-profit organizations focusing on youth and social activism. Dominique enjoys sports and exercise, time with her husband, two sons, and new puppy, Lola.
Erin Kelly
Erin Kelly was born and raised in Baltimore County, Maryland, and received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
She has combined her passion and appreciation for the design and beauty of homes with a strong business background. Erin brings more than 25 years of extensive executive experience in business, sales, strategic planning and execution, market strategy, and program management in the fitness industry to her role as a realtor.
Erin has elected to affiliate her personal brand with Monument Sotheby’s International Realty, a brand representative of luxury, lifestyle, quality, and professionalism. She aspires to grow her real estate business and mentor other agents by sharing her knowledge, experience, and resources.
She takes the premise that a home is the largest purchase most people will make in their life very seriously. Erin thoroughly enjoys the entire process of helping her clients make the best possible decision when it comes to buying or selling property.
Causes that Erin supports are the Human Rights Campaign and the Humane Treatment and Support of Animals. Her love of animals is embodied in her two cats, Wanda and Cosmo.
Rodney Elliott
A Baltimore native, Rodney attended the John Carroll School in Harford County where he was an integral part of the basketball program. Basketball gave him the platform to demonstrate his unmatched passion for driving teamwork and leading by example. He received his bachelor’s degree in Management of Aging Services from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
Rod’s entrepreneurial spirit paved the way for his entrance into real estate, starting in property management as a Property Management Coordinator with Prosperity Property Management. While a licensed realtor, Rod found his niche in transaction management where he contributed to transactions ranging from $10K to $5M. Also, a licensed visual inspector, Rod is partnered with AJ’s Home Inspections as the head lead inspector.
As a licensed realtor in Maryland & Florida, Rod provides strategic marketing and transaction management services to his clients. His versatility and vast experience in the real estate industry is a major asset. Passionate about diversity and inclusion, he is an active member of his local recreation and youth sports programs as an advocate, leader, mentor and coach. Rod is in process of developing a non-profit focused on autism awareness. He loves spending time with family (especially his son Aiden), traveling, and giving back to his community. As a tech enthusiast and former student athlete, Rodney believes, that "self-belief and hard work will always earn success."
Reality Hill
Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Reality received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from Grambling State University. She was awarded the prestigious Maximize Access to Research (MARC) fellowship and three internship opportunities in medical research.
Her interest in pursuing a career in real estate was sparked when she and her husband purchased their first home. Guided by a welcoming and knowledgeable agent, Reality was determined to do the same for others by becoming the best realtor she could be. She is a creative, articulate, problem-solving agent who is a strong resource for her clients. She is committed to making sure they are well informed about the market and comfortable through the entire buying and selling process by providing her complete support and strong negotiating skills.
Reality is passionate about health and wellness and building a community of women that can support and uplift each other through her social media platforms. She prioritizes spending time with her family and enjoys fitness activities and reading.
